About the company

Founded in 2003, we specialise in the supply of contract and permanent engineering staff to manufacturing sectors across the UK. We understand how much the job market and economic factors vary from one region to another, which is why our consultants manage geographical areas rather than by client, even when it comes to companies with multiple sites.

Regional diversity means it’s vitally important for our consultants to have an in-depth understanding of the local markets and the challenges faced by both managers and candidates in order to provide solutions that attract and retain the best talent.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a core part of our company ethics and we actively encourage our team to get involved in fundraising and volunteering. We work with schools, young people and hospices, as well as supporting other charities to embrace the concept of giving back.
