Established in 1999 by Alan and Dawn Spear, Resolve Accountancy is a trusted family-run firm providing high-quality, personalised accounting and tax services. Built on passion, hard work, and a strong commitment to our clients, we have grown into a well-respected firm with a loyal client base.

In 2014, Alan and Dawn’s son, Bruce, joined the business, followed by their daughter, Elizabeth, in 2016—continuing the family legacy. Over the years, our firm has expanded, and we now proudly support over 1,500 individuals and businesses, from startups to well-established companies.

Based in Welwyn Garden City, our team offers the full range of compliance services you’d expect from an accountancy and tax practice that works with individuals and small businesses. We pride ourselves on delivering an extremely high standard of service, not just in compliance but in providing proactive, ongoing support.
