At Quantum Care we are proud of our commitment to the highest quality care services for over 2000 older people in Herts, Beds and Essex. Keeping our residents safe, healthy and happy is our top priority and we have adapted the way we work and added new safety measures to ensure the well-being of all during these times.

Apprenticeships

Do you know someone who is looking for their first job, returning after a career break or wanting a change in direction? The Quantum Care apprenticeship programme is a great way to earn as you learn.

Apprentices undertake a comprehensive development programme, gaining qualifications in Health and Social Care and in dementia care. They work alongside experienced care staff and study with Lifetime Learning to gain the skills and qualifications needed to progress a career in the care sector.
