Founded in 1978, MCP is a privately owned family business that delivers professional and committed services to the Social Housing Sector. We are proud of our long heritage and the high-quality workmanship delivered by our dedicated workforce. With over 120 employees, MCP completes in excess of 72,000 orders every year.At our core, we respect and care for people, their homes and their communities and we demonstrate this through the consistently high standards of our work and also the values that we uphold. We believe that everyone should feel at their safest when at home. That’s why we are passionate about delivering an outstanding service to our clients and customers, working in partnership with them to strengthen relationships and support residents.
Apprenticeships
Our commitment to Apprenticeships reflects our commitment to our customers and their communities. We aim to leave a lasting legacy by upskilling communities and giving our apprentices the tools to have a successful career in their chosen trade.
We work closely with local schools and colleges to ensure our apprentices get the maximum from their course and gain the NVQ level they are striving for. We also offer apprenticeships to people within the communities that we serve via community programmes and through our charitable work.
