About the company

Hazlemere Window Company Ltd. is an independent family-run double glazing manufacturer and installer, founded in 1985. We have had our showroom in Welwyn Garden City since 2014. Since then, we have helped homeowners in and around Hertfordshire, specialising in providing high-quality windows, doors, and new living spaces.

As a second-generation family business, Hazlemere remains independently owned and run by the Braham family. Managing Director Rachel Braham oversees day-to-day operations, continuing the legacy started by her father, Stuart Braham, who remains at the helm, guiding the company’s strategic direction. Family values are deeply embedded in our business, and numerous Braham relatives work across the departments. Beyond the Braham family, many of our employees have been with us for decades, with some families spanning generations within the company.

While we treasure our long-standing employees, we also recognise the value of bringing fresh blood into the team to drive the business for the next 40 years. We invest in a range of training schemes and apprenticeships to develop new talent alongside our experienced professionals. For example, we are currently looking for Hertfordshire-based individuals who are looking to develop their career in sales.
